New Private Customer Audit Rooms!
Our new facility has two new large Audit Rooms reserved for customer use. Upon request,
CRM will retrieve and load as many of your boxes as needed into one of the private
rooms prior to your arrival so you can view your records in a clean office environment.
Both rooms are equipped with the following ammenities:

- Telephone with Direct Inbound Number
- Printer
- Scanner
- Fax Machine

CRM has recently constructed a brand new state-of-the-art storage facility located at 3815 Carnation Street in Franklin Park,
Illinois, which serves as our new headquarters. It can be seen from I-294 just south of the Irving Park exit on the west side
of the expressway. Conveniently located near all major expressways, CRM provides same day deliveries within a fifty-mile radius
of the O’Hare area. CRM’s storage facility is within the distance requirements for Companies to meet most Corporate Disaster
Recovery Plans. It features all masonry construction and has a fully equipped sprinkler system in case of fire. In addition,
we have continuous 24 hour-a-day digitally monitored security systems, “in-rack” sprinklers, ample smoke and ionization
detectors, as well as key-card security access throughout the facility. We are within one mile of Franklin Park Police and Fire
Departments and also have a wireless connection to each to further protect your records from the threat of fire and/or intrusion.
CRM’s facility also features a conference room, and two (2) large viewing rooms for Customers to review records comfortably in
an office environment.

This is the vault's pre-active fire protection system.
It allows for more than one extinguish should the fire re-ignite and will only release water
in the specific hazardous area. When there is no longer detection of smoke or fire, it shuts down.
CRM's Pump Room is filled with state-of-the-art water delivery equipment wirelessly monitored by
our security company and the local fire department.
These large pipes deliver water to the rack system's integrated zoned sprinkler system. Analog
gages and advanced electronics keep technicians informed that the system is maintaining optimum pressure.

This is Phase 1 of 3 of our new rack environment.
It is fully integrated with lighting, fire suppression, and an elevator and sits on almost 12" of steel reinforced concrete.
The entire system is five stories tall and can hold approx. 1.6 million boxes.
