It is masonry constructed, has a 4-hour fire rating, and is equipped with a pre-active fire protection system and monitored electronic key-card entry. When there is no longer detection of smoke or fire, it shuts down. Temperature in the vault is kept at a constant 68-degrees with 50% humidity by dedicated HVAC equipment.
